How to Order

Products on Lizart can be ordered directly through the eshop, e-mail or in Lizart Showroom (Praha 7 – Holešovice, U Průhonu 40). Products in catalogs are either in stock or can be ordered. Custom made products or atypical products are usually made in short period of time.

4. Delivery and Price

Cost of postage and packing on the price list are paid the customer. Ways of delivery are selected by the customer during the order.

5.  Payment Methods

5.1 Customer is required to pay minimally half the purchase price of custom-made product (wallpapers, wallstickers, clocks etc), unless negotiated otherwise within 8 days from order. Advance payment can only be paid through bank transfer, credit card or cash. Additional payment of the purchase price can be defrayed through bank transfer, credit card, post (courier, private services etc) or cash in case of pick up in person. In case of warehousing goods which isn’t custom-made, payment on delivery in addition to the advance payment is possible.

5.2 All prices include current rate VAT

5.3 Until the advance payment of the purchase price is paid, seller is not obliged to start production of the goods nor deliver the goods to the customer. If the purchase price is not paid within 15 days from contract conclusion, contract will be considered cancelled, unless negotiated otherwise.
